Hello and welcome to new members of the CAN and your respective organisations. Congratulations on accepting a place in the CAN. We hope that you will find the Leadership Victoria training a rich experience and that it will help to consolidate your ideas about leadership, enrich your role in your workplace and prepare you for your work in the CAN community of practice. The CAN is a diverse group, with people from across the sector working in a range of roles and contexts.
