Happy New Year from the Change Agent Network!!!

Our December meeting was an opportunity for members to reflect on the year and discuss how CAN projects are progressing and the influence of the Change Agent Network on our work so far. Most people in the group agreed that it was a particularly difficult year for the alcohol and drug sector, with major reforms occurring across the state. It was agreed that the CAN network has provided a place where leaders could come together to support each other during this process and that this had enabled a sense of greater cohesion for the members.

The CAN network felt that our major project goal, the development of the Practice Translation Network, is underway and we await the results of the survey we have completed with the AOD sector to guide our next move. We also look forward to presenting a leadership forum in early 2015. Further details to be announced soon!
