Manager Mental Health and Drugs Workforce, Department of Health and Human Services Trevor has managed the Mental Health and Drugs Workforce unit since 2010 with a focus on building capability for transformational change in the AOD and mental health workforces. Trevor is committed to implementing projects that improve the skill and knowledge base of the workforce and establish environments that drive practice improvement in response to new policies and evidence.

Naomi Rottem is the team leader of Community Services at The Bouverie Centre. Her current work involves coordinating workforce development in the areas of family inclusive practice and single session work, which includes facilitating training and consultation to workers in a range of service sectors. She also teaches in the Master of Clinical Family Therapy Course, and sees families in the clinical family therapy program at The Bouverie Centre.
